Argentina wins copa America 2024 against Colombia. 

Argentina made history by defeating Colombia 1-0 in extra time, capturing their 16th Copa America title. Lautaro Martinez scored the winning goal in the 112th minute, securing Argentina's third major international crown in three years.

Lionel Messi suffered a right ankle injury in the 64th minute of the game and was removed from the pitch. Despite his absence, Argentina secured their victory.

The win marks Argentina's third major international crown in a three-year span, solidifying their position as a force to be reckoned with in the football world.
